Richard M. Goldfarb, M.D.,FACS

Dr. Richard M. Goldfarb – Medical Director

Richard M. Goldfarb, M.D., F.A.C.S., graduated from the University of Health Sciences / Finch University, The Chicago Medical School with top honors in Surgery. He completed his surgical training at Northeastern Ohio College of Medicine. He did additional training in cosmetic surgery at the University of Pennsylvania, Department of Plastic Surgery and Yale University. Dr. Goldfarb’s combined 30 years of experience in General, Vascular, and Cosmetic Surgery provides his patients with the surgical expertise they are seeking. Dr. Michael Schreiber

Dr. Michael Schreiber started his career in Pennsylvania attending Villanova University and continuing his education through Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. With nearly 20 licenses and board certifications from the American Academy of Family Physicians, American Back Society (FABS), National Board of Examiners and more, Dr. Schreiber has grown his medical professional experience in clinics working closely with Family Practices, Pain Management and Orthopedic Medicine and has held positions ranging from Medical Director, Consulting Physician, Prolotheraphy, Aesthetic and Regenerative Medicine to Assistant Surgeon. Dr. Schreiber has been recognized by over ten organizations for his outstanding work including being named Co-Director of National Medical Enterprise (NME), Chairman and Vice-Chairman of National Committee on Preventive Medicine, Vice President for Scientific Affairs of the American Association of Sensory Electrodiagnostic Medicine and and a featured speaker at three AASEM Annual Conferences. Dr. Schreiber also participates in organizations such as American Osteopathic Association (AOA), American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians (ACOFP), American Association of Sensory Electrodiagnostic Medicine (AASEM) and Association of Ringside Physicians.

Dr. Gregory Thompson

Gregory Thompson, DO, earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine at the University of New England, College of Osteopathic Medicine and went on to complete his internship and residency in family medicine at Waterville Osteopathic Hospital. He subsequently served as an emergency room physician and ran a successful family practice before combining his knowledge to help his patients achieve health and wellness. Dr. Thompson’s combined 30 years of experience serving as a physician and health educator for PDO threading and injectables provides his patients with expertise and attention to detail for exceptional results.  Dr. Thompson established an anti-aging medical practice in 2017 called the Southeastern Institute of Restorative Medicine in Dothan, Alabama, where he specializes in family medicine, neuromuscular medicine, and medical aesthetics. For more information visit

Dr. Donald Balder

Dr. Donald Balder is a surgeon with over 20 years of professional experience. He founded the Mississippi Institute of Weight Loss Surgery in September 2016, with two locations in Mississippi and another location in Louisiana: Gulfport, Hattiesburg, and Slidell.

After completing his undergrad at the University of Illinois, Dr. Balder continued his studies there, earning his medical degree before completing his surgery residency at Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island. He holds board certification in general surgery and has state licensure in Louisiana, Mississippi, and South Carolina.

Dr. Balder has amassed numerous accolades during his career, including designation as an American Society of Metabolic and Bariatric Surgeons Center of Excellence Surgeon by the Surgical Review Corporation, and several Center of Distinction Awards from Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Health Care, and Aetna. Michael Schreiber, DO

Dr. Lawrence Segal

Dr. Lawrence Segal started his career in New Jersey attending the Rutgers School of Medicine before relocating to WellStar Medical contractors in Georgia. Dr. Segal practices hormone replacement therapy. Dr. Segal also practices, botox and fillers, PDO Threading and micro-needling at CosMedical Spa. Due to his background he specializes in repairing minor skin imperfections. Dr. Segal is the acting Medical Director of CosMedical Spa where he works to advance his knowledge of all aesthetic procedures, allowing him to train other medical professionals and provide top quality care to his patients. In 2017 Dr. Segal joined Apollo Medical Innovations, to act as the company’s medical director and master trainer. He has attended and completed the master class education provided by the Korean manufacturer of Maricu PDO threads as well as completing acquiring additional certification from Empire Medical Training.

Dr. Joseph Cleaver

Joseph Cleaver, MD, ABAARM

Joseph Cleaver, MD, ABAARM, is an internationally recognized expert in functional sports medicine, exercise and longevity, men’s health, regenerative and minimally invasive aesthetics, and the co-founder of Paradigm Wellness Medical Group Inc. Napa, CA and Paradigm Wellness Medical Group LLC, Dallas TX.

Dr. Cleaver routinely speaks at the A4M Aesthetics Institute Dubai, UAE where he also received his aesthetics training specializing in PDO threads and the use of biologics in tissue regeneration. Board certified in internal medicine and a rheumatologist he is an expert in medical ortho-biologic treatment of sports injuries, chronic injuries and other disorders of the musculoskeletal system, which includes bones, joints, ligaments, tendons, and muscles. A fellow of the American Board of Anti- Aging/Regenerative Medicine (ABAARM), Dr. Cleaver is board-certified in anti-aging and regenerative medicine and a member. He has achieved certification by the ABAARM in Advanced Metabolic Endocrinology and specializes in bioidentical hormone balancing. He is a member of the Institute for Functional Medicine.

Dr. Cleaver received his medical degree from the University of Rome, Italy with a strong emphasis on nutrition. With his medical education, hands on experience and a strong interest in nutrition while living in Rome, he is a strong proponent of the Mediterranean diet and active lifestyle. During his time in Italy, Dr. Cleaver developed an in-depth understanding of the impact of the Mediterranean diet and lifestyle on age prevention, aesthetic beauty, skin health, longevity, and quality of life. Following medical school in Italy, Dr. Cleaver returned to the U.S., completing his residency in internal medicine at Robert Wood Johnson – Jersey Shore University Medical Center, and a fellowship in rheumatology at the University of Miami’s Jackson  Memorial Hospital.

As a PRP PRF expert he applies this cutting edge regenerative medical science in the treatment of hair restoration, minimally invasive aesthetics – skin and face rejuvenation. In addition, he is an expert in PDO threads aesthetics, body contouring and is a master trainer for Apollomed.

His current pursuits include the development of novel peptides in regenerative aesthetics and designing advanced applications of PDO threading for body contouring and facial aesthetics.
